Description of CE Program/Activity
 In this event, MCB staff will look at healthy practices to better serve themselves/consumers in their daily practices with their consumers. They will also hear inspiring stories from those who are blind and low vision and the impact they can make in their roles. In addition, they will explore best practices for effective listening to serve customers in hybrid environments.
