Description: Educators have a legal and ethical responsibility to ensure that students with Visual Impairment, Including Blindness have opportunities to gain skills in the Expanded Core Curriculum (ECC). The ECC refers to nine specialized areas of instruction that form a framework for conducting assessments and planning educational programs for this unique and complex group of students.
