 Description: Let s make screen reader instruction fun and meaningful. In part 2 of this 4-part series, join Cody Laplante, founder of eye.t to discuss how effective incorporating a Do Now activity into your next screen reader lesson can be. We will define the Do Now and give some examples so that your learners can be ready and prepared to learn JAWS, NVDA or Chromevox. Learning Objectives: The participant will define Do Now in the context of a screen reader lesson. The participant will identify 3 reasons why a Do Now is an important part of a screen reader lesson. The participant will identify whether a Do Now activity is meaningful or meaningless. The participant will identify 3 potentially meaningful Do Now activities that can be used in a screen reader lesson. Materials Needed: None
