Building on past Division 1 topics of competency and communication, speakers will discuss personal experiences of creating and maintaining professional connections which have enriched their career growth in administration and leadership. Attendees are encouraged to think beyond the obvious about their own unique "connection" stories and be willing to share during a moderated discussion. Upon completion of this webinar, participants will be able to: 1) identify the benefits of current or prior professional connections 2) explore new options for creating future connections 3) assess personal potential for influencing others through professional connections. |
