Description: She is back! Maia Scott returns to the APH Access Academy platform to share her passion for labyrinths of all shapes sizes. We invite you to come and build upon what Maia shared in July of this year. Be prepared to leave the academy with a better idea of incorporating, adapting, and creating finger labyrinths in a time of distance learning. Instructor: Maia Scott, MFA Instructor s Title: Product Originator Instructor s Affiliation: City College of San FranciscoLesson Plan Goal: The participants will build a strategy for incorporating finger labyrinths into their instruction with children of all abilities. Learning Objectives: The participants will list at least five multi-sensory activities to engage in following a finger labyrinth exercise. The participants will identify at least four ways to adapt a finger labyrinth exercise for students with multiple disabilities. The participants will learn to draw one basic finger labyrinth patterns. |
