This presentation explains our agency's approach to professional development for TVIs/OMS across the state using the Teachers Learning & Collaborating process. In a combination of face-to-face and online learning in small groups, staff learn instructional strategies, record implementation between sessions, reflect on their instructional practices, and receive feedback from peers. This is an intentional, dynamic process to support the diverse needs of itinerant teachers. Struggles and successes will be shared. |
