Description of CE Program/Activity
 Glaucoma is a leading cause of vision impairment and blindness with loss of peripheral vision and macular function. Even so, most low vision rehabilitation strategies focus on magnification for the traditionally macular causes of vision loss. This presentation looks at the special considerations of vision loss in the glaucomas and how to more appropriately address amelioration of the impact on quality of life.Instruction Level: IntermediateLearning Objectives: 1. Describe how vision loss in the glaucomas differ from maculopathies. 2. List the three primary aspects of the presented vision rehabilitation paradigm. 3. Link vision function impairment to catagories of life. 4. Discuss how Quality of Life issues interface with presented paradigm.
