Please join us on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m. for a training session titled, Race & Implicit Bias, with a lunch break from 12 1 p.m. As you know, we at MCB are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion and share these priorities with EOHHS to provide training and tools to facilitate dialogue. All MCB staff are strongly encouraged to attend this agency training. Please find the session description and sign-up details below. Race & Implicit BiasThis training will discuss implicit bias, the difference between equality and equity, and equitable practices. Participants will learn to talk about race constructively within the workplace, with partner organizations, and with consumers. Participants will gain opportunities and next steps for applying concepts and strategies to advance racial equity.
