This workshop will take you through the process of thinking outside of the box about what common items from your home can be upcycled into novel and unique learning opportunities for your students, the process of developing learning kits, and what technology we can use to maximize engagement for your students who are pre-symbolic communicators during Distance Learning. We will utilize discussion and hands-on lessons to develop meaningful and educational activities to engage both students and their caregivers.
