Description of CE Program/Activity
 Finger Walks, a tactile exploration of labyrinths through time and space, recently launched. Here is an invitation to explore a popular moving meditation practiced everywhere from schools, hospitals, retreat centers and even in ones own home. This webinar will include a brief history of labyrinths through their rise to popularity today, some hands-on approaches to using labyrinths for varied purposes in different settings and an exploration of APHs new tactile labyrinth collection with the products originator. Describe various types of labyrinths Identify five benefits of walking labyrinths Understand the various ways labyrinths have appeared throughout world history up to their popularity today. Examine the implementation of finger labyrinths as an accessible avenue for participation in labyrinth experiences. Discover at least five simple prompts to get a labyrinth walk started. Learn strategies for implementing finger labyrinth walks into your curriculum, program plans, or personal practice to enhance integral and person-centered learning experiences.
