Allied Instructional Services is offering a free webinar for Orientation and Mobility instructors in the states of Tennessee and South Carolina to brainstorm and share ideas for virtual lessons regarding various topics such as concept development, sensory awareness, auditory skills, human guide, maps, cane instruction and techniques, using low vision devices and other tools for travel, residential and community travel, and public transportation. Details: Space is limited to 25 participants (so everyone has time to share). Registration for the webinar is required- please complete this form. Login information for the Zoom meeting will be sent to the email address you provide. Registration deadline is 1 hour before the webinar (4/6/2020 at 4:00 PM EST). ***Note: Participation by computer with video access is recommended as we will utilize the chat box feature to allow participants to "raise their hand" and share ideas to keep the format smooth and allow everyone a chance to speak. |
