Fees
 *Registrants will have the option to receive a 1.0 ACVREP credit/professional development credit (cost is $10 via PayPal to AIS) upon completion of a brief survey. Beginning and ending codes will be given out during the live webinar, and participants will be asked to enter each code on the survey. The survey and PayPal link will be sent via email at the conclusion of the presentation. Participants will have one week after the webinar to complete the survey.**Receiving ACVREP credit: Once AIS has received both the $10 payment and the survey, each participant will receive their certificate via email.
Description of CE Program/Activity
 Dona Sauerburger, COMS has taught many dozens of people who have vision and hearing loss to travel independently and communicate with the public, and has written and presented extensively on the topic. She is currently working with Dr. Gene Bourquin to revise her book Independence Without Sight or Sound: Suggestions for Practitioners working with Deaf-Blind Adults. Participants will learn strategies for deaf-blind people to communicate with the public as well as a process for teaching deaf-blind people to communicate effectively with the public.
