Two day workshop in New Hampshire Thursday April 2nd and Friday April 3rd 2020 Granite State College, Concord NHEverywhere you go, people are using technology including toddlers and preschoolers! Young children with visual impairments and blindness should and can have opportunities to use technology too.This workshop will focus on how to successfully introduce iOS technology and to teach tech skills to toddlers, preschoolers and kindergarten students with VIB. Learn about numerous educational apps and how to use these accessible apps in a sequential manner to meet tech-related IEP goals.You will be introduced to basic VoiceOver gestures used in preschool apps and a brief demonstration of how braille displays can be used with young, emerging braille readers. |
