Essential Tools of the Trade: A How To Guide for Completing Functional Vision, Learning Media and ECC Evaluations, is a comprehensive, user-friendly guide to assist Teachers of Students with Visual Impairments (TVIs) and Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialists (COMS) in performing legally mandated evaluations for students with visual impairments.
