Description of CE Program/Activity
 Description: This session will cover all the aspects of transition planning for students with vision impairments including students with multiple impairments. Participants will learn of resources, activities and how the Expanded Core provides a variety of skills that help with successful transition planning. Objective #1-Participants identify at least 5 key components of a successful transition plan for students with multiple impairments.Objective #2- Participants will create at least 3 activities and/or lesson plans that are focused on transition skills.
