Description of CE Program/Activity
This program will provide an opportunity for Blind Rehabilitation Specialists to receive information about the orientation and mobility fall prevention program and A Matter of Balance Program (MOB) including measurable outcomes. In addition, participants get have an opportunity to learn about some of the MOB activities and exercises. Time will be available for questions and discussion. Learning Objectives:At the conclusion of this CE activity the participant will be able to: - Discuss orientation and mobility fall prevention program outcome measures and review fall trends at the Long Beach Blind Rehabilitation Center over the years- Identify orientation and mobility fall prevention interventions - Describe A Matter of Balance program and outcomes
