Description of CE Program/Activity
 Every person with a visual impairment has the right to instruction by a certified orientation and mobility specialist that will lead to safe, efficient, independent travel. This two day event will address the framework of multiplicity of specialized skills for the needs of Teachers of the Visually Impaired (Itinerant, Resource, Orientation and Mobility Specialist) guidelines, procedures, assessment, travel lessons, and literacy that enhances orientation and mobility.
