Description of CE Program/Activity
 Objective: This workshop will provide an overview and examples of the important elements of case documentation, from intake to closure. Content will include guidelines and recommendations for the intake process, privacy and confidentiality of client information, assessment, plan and goal development, lesson planning, closure. An emphasis will be placed on appropriate and effective use of case notes to ensure information and data is reported in a client case.
