 Target Audience: Clinical staff providing care to Veterans with visual impairment and blindness. Description of CE Program/Activity
 Description: This training is designed to advance blind rehabilitation staffs competence in assessing, training, and recommending rideshare services for visually impaired Veterans as a transportation option. The presenter will describe prerequisite skills and training and discuss safety and challenges of using a rideshare service independently. Time will be available for questions and discussion. Learning Objectives:At the conclusion of this CE activity the participant will be able to: Describe the prerequisite skills needed to use rideshare independently. Describe the education and training that is provided to the Veteran.Identify safety concerns and challenges of using rideshare applications.
