Description of CE Program/Activity
 There are two webcasts included in this training module that discussions services provided through Early Intervention, and preparations for transitioning from services into school. Participants will:Determine appropriate school settings for a students educational needs.Examine the emotional impacts of transition for students and families.Describe a students first IEP experience.Understand how to access transition resources.
