Description of CE Program/Activity
Description: This course will provide an overview of the SuperVision Mini magnifying mobile application (app) . The app is free of charge and serves as an alternative option to expensive portable electronic magnification systems (PEMs). The SuperVision Mini provides the same functions that a commercial PEM offers without the burden of carrying an extra device.Time will be available for questions and discussion. Learning Objectives:At the conclusion of this CE activity the participant will be able to: Understand the purpose, and how to operate the SuperVision-Mini application; Understand the benefit of having an alternative solution to the traditional portable electronic magnifying systems; Have a basic understanding of the pros and cons of magnification and color-combinations as it relates to certain ocular conditions.
