Participants will:Utilize strategies to help build the educational value of everyday and special activities.Recognize the purpose of the Expanded Core Curriculum (ECC).Infuse each component of the ECC into physical education.Obtain a variety of intervention strategies for directly teaching topics such as, how to shower, appropriate masturbation, care for menstruation, and safety behaviors.Understand the differences between incidental and explicit learning in the context of the Expanded Core Curriculum. |
