Description of CE Program/Activity
 This two-part series on weaving instruction for working with people with visual disabilities, will enhance teaching techniques needed to introduce students to working on a loom. This will be an interactive workshop covering, how to include low vision aids or tactile techniques for visually impaired students in your instruction, actual steps needed to prep the loom, as well as weaving techniques. At the conclusion of this CE activity the participant will be able to: Staff will observe, then demonstrate sleying warp through reeds. Staff will be able to utilize a pattern to set up the loom. Staff will demonstrate ability to thread heddles according to a pattern. Staff will demonstrate ability to treadles, shuttle & beater to create a woven patter Staff will be able to teach techniques to visually impaired adults
