The Envision Conference is a multidisciplinary low vision rehabilitation and research conference dedicated to improving the quality of low vision care through professional collaboration, advocacy, research and education.The Envision Conference East 2019 is scheduled for March 22-23 at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Hill Student Center. Conference speakers represent nationally recognized experts and the multidisciplinary approach and collaboration necessary to achieve the goals of the conference. Included among the speakers are ophthalmologists, optometrists, physicians of Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine and Geriatrics, Academy for Certification of Vision Rehabilitation and Education Professionals (ACVREP), Ph.D. research scientists, opticians, and assistive technology specialists. |
