This course describes the method and outcomes from an employment mentoring project. College students with legal blindness who were within six months of graduation worked with field-specific legally blind mentors on employment preparation issues for one year, and were compared to a control group of students who did not work with mentors. This course details participant experiences and employment-related outcomes, and includes recommendations for future mentoring programs. For CE credit take a short quiz.
