Description of CE Program/Activity
 The course describes results from two research studies that investigated the way VR agencies interact with employers. The first study evaluated the relationship between consumer employment outcomes and how agency staff and the agency as a whole work with employers. The second study involved interviews with agency personnel and employer contacts from four VR agencies successful at developing business partnerships.
