Description of CE Program/Activity
 This program will provide an educational opportunity for Blind Rehabilitation Specialists to receive information about the orientation and mobility fall prevention program including assessments and interventions. In addition, participants will learn about the Matter of Balance program. Time will be available for questions and discussion. Learning Objectives:At the conclusion of this CE activity the participant will be able to: Identify the assessments used to determine the fall risk of each basic program participant Identify the interventions offered to Veterans Describe the Matter of Balance program and program objectives
