The topics in the workshop were requested by NJCBVI and relate to upcoming changes to the case management software and a recommendation from the OIB 2017 program evaluation. Connecting the Dots will review assessment, best practices in assessment, a hands on review of the current assessment tool, and suggestions on updates for its potential adjustment. The second part will look at the writing of measurable goals and how this practice can benefit the program.Please note this is a contracted training workshop with the NRTC and the registration handled as a required meeting of the NJ Commission for the Blind for certain instructional staff in their older blind program. A person on their staff is designated to monitor attendance. |
