Obstructive Sleep Apnea and its Relation to Poor Responders to Anti-Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor in Age Related Macular Degeneration and Diabetic Macular EdemaObstructive sleep apnea is a chronic sleep disorder and is associated with several ophthalmic disorders. An association between obstructive sleep apnea and patients with exudative age related macular degeneration or diabetic macular edema has been proposed. This includes the possible role that undiagnosed and untreated obstructive sleep apnea may have in a patient s response to treatment with anti-vascular endothelial growth factor therapy.Instruction Level: IntermediatePrerequisites: NoneLearning Objectives:1.
