She comes highly recommended from other state personnel who have brought her to their state for training. She has authored a book on Strategies to See. Each AU in attendance will receive a copy of the book as their primary handout. The word across the country is that Diane really brings a high level conversation and personal experience (hands on and interactive) with CVI-based strategies. She will be bringing many materials to showcase and discuss. CVi is our leading cause of visual impairment in the country and it is critical that every TVI in our state is well versed on how best to support the educational needs of these learners.
