Self-determination is one component of the ECC that is critical for student success. However, there are no clear guidelines for teaching these skills. Join us i n a discussion of lesson plans that will give your students a better understanding of themselves a s a person with visual impairment, and guide them to greater independence through self-advocacy, as well as understanding how IDEA and ADA apply to them personally.
