Dear Colleagues, On behalf of the Orgaining Committee I am delighted to invite you and your team to join us in Dublin as we host the IMC16 Conference. This is going to be a truly unique conference where the leading practitioners in Orientation and Mobility and Vision Impairment will meet to share current thinking and introduce future thinking in order to achieve the best practice for O&M throughout the world. The theme of the conference in 2017 will be Transitions, Moving on, Moving out. The scientific committee under the guidance of Geraldine Neill has created a program which reflects innovation in current practice and encourages reflection and shared learning. Through this programme we hope to achieve a greater sharing of knowledge internationally to move O&M practice onto the next level. An international faculty of practitioners, researchers and educators will ensure that this will be an outstanding conference that will meet the needs of all delegates.
