Description of CE Program/Activity
 Magnification can compensate for some eccentricity-dependent sensitivity loss. Yet, when images are in a real world context (e.g., face in a crowd), there is a disruptive effect on target identification and discrimination, often referred to as Crowding. This talk will introduce the concept of Crowding, and highlight recent research findings.
