Description of CE Program/Activity
 Learn about the benefits of building assistive devices out of corrugated material. This three layered cardboard is lightweight, bendable, strong, easy to work with, and relatively inexpensive.Following demonstration of construction techniques and a safety orientation for tool use, participants will design and construct simple adaptive items out of cardboard. Projects can include storage containers presentation boards, slant boards, carriers, tactile symbols and simple positioning devices.
