Description of CE Program/Activity
 The training is designed to advance clinical staff s competence in eating skill techniques. Topics covered will include the guidelines for staff who are assisting with meals, orienting someone to their plate, how to locate and reach for drinking glasses and eating utensils, and adapted techniques for cutting meat on a plate.
