The Community of Vision Educators (CoVE) meetings are designed for vision educators who serve students who are blind and visually impaired. Meetings are held monthly to provide professional development or technical assistance to professionals serving students who are blind or visually impaired. The focus of the September meeting is to "Start the Year off Right". Each participant will receive resources regarding organizational materials, checklists, policies, assessments, teaching strategies and information about new tools, equipment or Assistive Technology. The Blind Skills Specialist Program is a RIPPLE Category 1 Provider. Participants can earn up to 2.5 ACVREP points if attendance requirements are met. |
