This event is a three hour training provided to new TVI and COMS who have less than 3 years of teaching experience. Topics included: how to complete the CVI Resolution Chart, Sensory Learning Kit, and Anticipation Calendars. Participants used example reports and practiced completing the CVI O&M Resolution chart. They examined the SLK and we discussed how a COMS can use the materials included. Next, participants watched provided videos and a short presentation on using Anticipation Calendars. The workshop concluded with a "make n take" where participants assembled a "first/then" calendar box. |
