Description of CE Program/Activity
 This workshop will address the impact significant visual impairment has on the acquisition of early speech and language skills. The complex communication needs of students with vision impairment and additional disabilities will also be discussed and strategies for introducing the use of symbols and supporting the development of symbolic language will be provided.
