Minimum Qualifications:

Demonstrated knowledge of engineering techniques as applied to the design and use of computer technology. Demonstrated skill to analyze and solve complex problems related to computer technology. Demonstrated ability to evaluate, recommend, design, select, and install appropriate equipment depending on specific individual needs. Demonstrated knowledge of assistive technology hardware and software. Demonstrated good interpersonal and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education or commensurate experience in computer technology or related technology fields.

Special Requirements:

The selected candidate must complete a Statement of Personal Economic Interests as a condition of employment (Va. Code § 2.2-3114)

This has been designated a sensitive position under Va. Code § 2.2-1201.1. A fingerprint-based criminal history check will be required of the finalist candidate.
