ACVREP Certification Examination Information

If you are determined eligible to sit for the applicable ACVREP Certification Examination, a Examination Registration Form will be sent to you via e-mail or ground mail.  It is the candidate’s responsibility to schedule the administration of the applicable Certification Exam at an acceptable testing center in your own community, on a date and time convenient for you. A list of acceptable testing centers can be found at www.ncta-testing.org.  If you can’t locate a testing center site near you, please contact the ACVREP office and we will make arrangements on your behalf. Once arrangements have been made with the testing center and the administering proctor, please complete the Examination Registration Form (with the applicable fee) and submit it to the ACVREP offices.

Note:    The Examination Registration Form must be received by the ACVREP offices no less than 15 business days prior to the scheduled examination date.  Once the Certification Registration Form has been received by ACVREP, you will be contacted by a Certification Services representative to confirm the date, time, location, and administering proctor for the exam.  A Certification Services representative will also contact the testing center to confirm the date, time, location and administering proctor for the exam and relate exam protocol.  If you have not been contact by the Certification Services representative within a reasonable time following your submission of the Examination Registration form, please contact Jessica Trevino, Certification Services Coordinator, at 520.887.6816 (extension 222).

If there are three (3) or more individuals taking any of the ACVREP Certification Examinations at the same location, date, and time, ACVREP will cover any testing center and/or proctor fees. However, if there are less than three individuals, the applicant(s) will assume the costs related to administration of the Certification Examination.
