Due to the length of the Directory of Certificants, we have attempted to make finding your information as simple as possible. Please use the form below to assist you in finding your information in the easiest possible manner. Thank you.

To list the names in the directory:

  1. Select the Directory
  2. Select the State or All States
  3. Enter as much as you need to for a last name (blank will list all)
  4. Click the View Directory Button
