Jay Stiteley () The access with username and password is a little funky in that the Statement User name does not speak.
Garett Holm () Each document will be stored as a Word file, Thus, you can use track changes and then summarize the changes made in the comment field. That's my intent. If this works as well as I am hoping, then I will initiate the final phase which is to automatically notify the group via e-mail when something has been posted to the portal. Hope this helps.

Judy () This is great, a question though, what is the process for making comments stick?
Garett Holm () To leave a balnk comments, you do not have to include the file ID# (it is an optional bx and there just to provide a reference about a specific document).
